Terms and Conditions of Sale (In-Store)
We may refuse service to any customer that is behaving in an aggressive, threatening or unreasonable manner. Any warranty claim or refund requires proof of purchase, your name, address and contact details.
Please choose carefully as you may not be entitled to a refund if you have simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.
If you change your mind about a product you have purchased, we may at our absolute discretion provide an exchange, store credit or refund subject to proof of purchase and item condition.
We will refund any item within 14 days of purchase as long as the item has not been used, is returned in its original undamaged packaging and has proof of purchase.
Any claim for warranty may be subject to inspection by the supplier or manufacturer, which may take up to 30 days.
Warranty claims for service work cover the parts & labour provided in the service and does not cover any other component or item not included on the receipt of payment. We may need to send the item to our service centre in the event of a warranty claim and if you decline we may be unable to resolve the issue.
Warranty on service work is immediately void if:
- The item has been physically damaged (either accidentally or otherwise)
- The item has been liquid damaged prior to or post repair
- A third party has attempted to repair the device (including an attempt by the customer to repair the device)

Any waterproof case will impair the performance of both the speaker and microphone of your device. This is not a manufacturing defect or grounds for a refund.
