Terms and Conditions of Sale (In-Store)

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Agreement”) govern the sale of products from Dr Boom Communications (“Seller,” “we,” or “us”) to you (“Buyer” or “you”). By making a purchase, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products. However, we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of product descriptions, pricing, or availability. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Ordering

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion. Orders are not deemed accepted until confirmed by us. Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled or modified without our consent.
