This warranty covers all parts and labour but does not extend to water-damaged devices or unrelated components and functionalities. Should a warranty claim arise, the device may need to be sent to our service centre.
It’s important to note that the warranty is void if:
- The item has been physically damaged (either accidentally or otherwise)
- The item has been liquid damaged prior to or post repair
- A third party has attempted to repair the device (including an attempt by the customer to repair the device)

Terms and Conditions
- Pick up location must be within a 20km radius of our stores.
- Phones must be contained in a Zip Locked Bag for pick up.
- Customers must present their senior card to redeem the Senior Discount.
- Service is available 7 days a week (Monday – Sunday). Same Day Pick Up must be booked before 4pm.
- If the quote is rejected a $40 assessment fee will be charged.
- Full payment must be confirmed before the device is returned.
- Customers must be present at the arranged drop off location and time to accept delivery.
- Additional charges apply if no one is present at the designated drop. Turnaround time for repairs is subject to:
